At Ssansfit, we aim to provide customers with a clear, transparent, and reasonable return and refund process. Please review the information below carefully before submitting a return request.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and unaltered

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging with all included components

  • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a return or may be eligible only for a partial refund, depending on their condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene considerations and product condition standards, the following items are not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error:

  • Socks showing signs of wear, washing, or use

  • Items with missing or damaged original packaging not caused by transit

  • Items marked as FINAL SALE, CLEARANCE, or PROMOTIONAL

Return Process

To initiate a return request, customers must contact our customer support team at help@ssansfit.com with their order number and the reason for the return.

  • Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted

  • If a return request is approved, detailed return instructions, including the return address, will be provided

  • Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item caused by our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Customers are encouraged to inspect their order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at help@ssansfit.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Each case will be reviewed individually, and we will work with the customer to determine an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding the status of their refund.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider

  • Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Late or Ineligible Returns

Return requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery may not be accepted. Items that do not meet the return eligibility criteria may be declined or partially refunded based on their condition.
